Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Mary Jordan has been practicing law in the South Carolina Lowcountry since 1996. After graduating with an English degree from the College of Charleston, she earned a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1995, then completed a judicial clerkship for a South Carolina Circuit Court judge.

Ms. Jordan is currently an appointed member of the South Carolina Bar Association Worker’s Compensation Council, The South Carolina Association For Justice, and former president of Injured Workers’ Advocates, all statewide organizations. She is the recipient of the 2018 Hilton Head Monthly Best Personal Injury Lawyer, Bluffton award. For 26 years and counting, Ms. Jordan has represented injured workers in South Carolina.
